Here are some frequently asked questions that we've been asked from events and online! If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out!

1. What wax do you use for your melts?
We use a soy blend wax that's 52% soy and 48% paraffin. It's toxin-free, paraben- and phthalate-free, gluten-free, and FDA-approved, giving you a clean, safe product.

 

2. How long do your melts last?
It depends on how long you run your warmer. Based on our experience, if you melt about four hours a day, two cubes can last for weeks!

3. Do you have a storefront?
Not at the moment, but we're working toward it! In the meantime, you can find us at some amazing small businesses that let us set up in their shops by clicking this link!

 

4. Where are you located?
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in Eaton, Ohio.

 

5. Are your supplies imported?
No! We source all of our materials right here in the USA.
